New-Meaning with tags, out of box or no box (but still new) etc. Used-Having normal wear, scuffs, scrapes, soiling, dust etc. Vacuum parts possibly contain dirt, dust etc. (See pictures for condition as well). (Pictures are part of description). Battery operated items not pictured with batteries do not come with batteries.
