American Girl Lindsey Kailey Jess FIRST Girl Of The Year Doll Lot Rare
The first of these dolls was Lindsey, of which whom is rare to find today. After Lindsey the dolls were only released every two years until 2005 (This means that there were no Girl of the Year dolls for 2002 or 2004). Kailey was released for 2003 and Jess in 2006. Each doll is original and tagged American Girl.
Lindsey (2001) Doll: Overall, her condition is very good. She does have some light mark-type spots on her face (not too noticeable, please view the close up picture); I have not tried to clean her. She comes with her original outfit and star hair clips.
On the backs of both shoes, the suede-type fabric has some type of shedding issue when it is rubbed. But, her shirt, jacket, skirt, and tights are in beautiful, lightly played with condition and overall very good for a seventeen year old doll.Kailey (2003) Doll: Her condition is overall fair. She has some light scratches on her face as well as a scratch on the back of her left leg. On the backside of her left arm there are some black scratches. I have not tried to remove any of these scratches, but I have included pictures for you to judge for yourselves. Her eyes do open and close properly and her strings are tight.
Her lovely blonde hair has been set by the American Girl hair salon into a beautiful braid style. Her dress is original but does have a mark above the flowers on the front and some sort of light spotting on the front top corner (both issues are pictured). Jess (2006) Doll: The condition of Jess is overall very good. She has some very light scuffing on her right arm and two black spots on the back of either leg.
